Changes to Program Payments: E-Transfers - December 24, 2020
Please note that our email address for sending E-Transfers has changed. To send an E-transfer for program payment please email:
recreationdirector@whitemouthriverrec.com
After sending E-transfer, please send an additional email to recreationdirector@whitemouthriverrec.com with the following details:
- The answer to the security question you provided on your e-transfer.
- What program you are paying for (Ex: Day camp October 25, 2020)
- Contact Information (First Name, Last Name, etc).
- If you are paying for your child(ren), please indicate their names so that we can mark down the correct participant(s).
Other payment options include dropping off cheque or cash at our office. However, our office remains closed to public during Code Red Restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us if this is a concern.
RECREATION UPDATE - Effective October 14, 2020
Last night, the RM of Whitemouth Council made the difficult decision to cancel all in-person programming during this time. As you are all aware, cases of COVID-19 continue to rise. With participant safety always being a top priority for all recreation programs, the decision was made to suspend in-person gatherings with the Whitemouth River Recreation Commission.
New arrangements for all in-person programs and events are currently being planned. Anyone currently registered for a course or program will be contacted in the next few days with a new plan for the program/course. Please be patient as we determine the best course of action. We will reach out to you shortly.
Our Halloween Spooktacular Event will no longer be advancing as previously planned, and we will be developing a new online event!
Please note that this does not affect any virtual programs, such as Bed Time Stories. These programs will continue as planned.

September 17, 2020 - New Community Recreation Survey
Do you live in the RM of Whitemouth? We want to hear from you!
The purpose of this survey is to help determine the recreation needs of the RM of Whitemouth and surrounding community area. The WRRC hopes to find information about what type of recreation opportunities the community has enjoyed in the past and what new ideas they would like to see within the community to help grow and enhance recreation. This survey will also address the communities comfort level in respect to Covid-19 and participating in programs.
The data collected from this survey will help shape the future of programming within the community and provide insight as to the types of programs needed at this time.

September 8, 2020 - The Whitemouth River Recreation Commission (WRRC) Hires New Recreation Director
The WRRC is pleased to welcome back Courtney Bangert-Murray in the role of Recreation Director.
Courtney brings a strong background in creative programming and recreation as is looking forwards to serving the community. Her role will be split serving both the RM of Whitemouth & the RM of Lac du Bonnet as a Director.
