By-Law Enforcement

The Rural Municipality of Whitemouth By-Law Enforcement is provided by The RM of Whitemouth’s By- Law Enforcement Officer Kurt Henry. He will be responsible for enforcing all current By-Laws of the Municipality.

By-Law Enforcement is not a 24-hour emergency service. Having an administrative function, he will respond to complaints submitted to the office to enforce our Municipal By-Laws.  The By-Law Officer does not work 24 Hours a day, nor does he work every day.

If a by-law infraction arises, a complaint must be filed at the municipal office in writing or by email including contact information.
