Prairie By-Law Municipal Enforcement

The Rural Municipality of Whitemouth By-Law Enforcement is provided by Prairie By-Law Enforcement Services. They are responsible for enforcing all current By-Laws of the Municipality. 

If residents have concerns about possible by-law infractions, please contact the municipal office at:204-348-2221 or 

by email: bylaw@rmwhitemouth.com during regular business hours. 

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

During non-business hours only call 204-809-3231, and leave a message.

 

Prairie By-Law Enforcement Ltd. (PBLE) is not a 24-hour emergency service. Having an administrative function, they respond to complaints submitted to the office to enforce our Municipal By-Laws.  The By-Law Officers do not work 24 Hours a day, nor do they work every day.

If a by-law infraction arises, a complaint must be filed at the municipal office in writing or by email including contact information.
