The WRRC will be offering a 4-week virtual Zumba program starting January 11, 2021 with instructor Jan Keryluk 💃
Classes are offered on Mondays at 6:30 pm & Fridays at 10:00 am on Zoom.
Cost: 8 classes for $25.00
Program will take place on Zoom and links will be sent to participants prior to class start.

Zumba Gold is for anyone looking for a modified low impact Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. If you are an just starting back into physical activity or coming back from illness or injury this is the perfect place to start. This class is also great for older adults. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. The benefits? A class that focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
What You'll Need: Wear clothing and footwear for physical activity. Clear space to workout at home and have your water bottle and hand towel near by, as well as a computer, tablet or phone to watch the class.
