Tai chi is a mind-body exercise where each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai Chi requires no equipment, slows heart rate, calms the mind and improves balance. Enjoy the beauty of your back deck, garden while enjoying some mindful movement. Open for all ages and you can participate whether you are brand new or experienced.
