class as you focus on discipline, respect and self-defense all while being physically active. The class is open to all ages and experience levels so the whole family can participate.
Classes will take place over Zoom. Please register in advance to receive the virtual link. Following class, don't forget to log your activity minutes on the ParticipACTION app as part of the Whitemouth Community Better Challenge.
